Condominiums in Arlington VA and most of Arlignton's surrounding areas have experienced a steep increase in prices in recent years. Nowadays, a more balanced Arlignton condos market was born in which buyers do not need to submit a contract within a few days of an Arlington condominiums listing becoming available.
